The right part.
Guaranteed in writing.

Buying spare parts in Ghana means trusting a stranger with your money and your engine. We take that risk off you. We find the part, verify it before we buy, and stand behind it with a written warranty.

No account needed to ask. We only take payment once you have a written quote.

What a quote looks like
Part — dealer price
GHS 430.00
Pallaston service fee (18%)
GHS 77.40
VAT
GHS 15.48
You pay
GHS 522.88

Walking in yourself, that part costs around GHS 500. So you pay roughly GHS 23 more — and in exchange the part is checked before it is bought, and replaced if it fails.

We are not the cheapest. That's the point.

How it works

Four steps. You never go to the market.

01

Tell us what you need

Your vehicle, the part, and your chassis number if you have it. Two minutes on your phone.

02

We find it and quote you

An agent walks the market and prices it properly. You get the dealer price, our fee and VAT written out separately. The quote holds for 48 hours.

03

We check it before we buy

Part number, condition, fitment against your vehicle. If it is not right, we don't buy it.

04

You collect and inspect

Come to the counter. Look at it before you take it. You leave with a numbered warranty slip.

The guarantee

What you actually get for the fee

Every order is backed by money we have already set aside. More than a quarter of our fee goes straight into a warranty fund before we count a cedi of it as income. That fund is not our working capital and it is not profit — it exists so that when a part fails, the answer is yes.

Read the warranty terms
  • A numbered warranty slip with the dealer named on it, so a claim can be traced.
  • Physical verification against your vehicle before we spend your money.
  • Inspection at the counter — you look at the part before you take it.
  • A written quote showing the dealer price, our fee and VAT separately.
  • A replacement or a refund if a covered part fails inside its warranty period.
Sending from abroad

Buying parts for a car you are not standing next to

If you're in London, New York or Toronto paying for repairs on a car in Accra, you're trusting two strangers — the mechanic and whoever sold him the part. You can't see either. Pallaston gives you a written quote, a photograph of the actual part before it is bought, and a warranty slip in your name.
